The ETH ASPIRE program is geared towards students and companies who believe that future leaders need both the ability to solve intricate technical challenges and to think entrepreneurially. We bring together highly motivated ETH masters students with industry leaders and high-growth start-ups in internships that not only require technical talent but also managerial motivation. HOW?
Selected companies post important challenges with technological and managerial implications for their businesses. We connect them with matching ETH students who solve these challenges in innovative and creative ways and develop aspirational business cases. Over the course of 6 months students receive:
- entrepreneurship and leadership courses from ETH faculty
- coaching and mentoring from serial entrepreneurs and ETH fellows
ASPIRE is ETH’s entrepreneurship boost program developed for students and companies who know that future technology leaders need both strategical thinking skills and entrepreneurial spirit for solving complex challenges for a sustainable future.
