- Learn how to take and show full responsibility and ownership of their tasks and projects, and become self-governing in problem-solving
- Thinking and doing beyond the “job description”
- A better understanding of management logics, of market trends, customer behavior, and how companies operate
- Skills that will help become outstanding technology leaders
