Because we believe that top ETH students with their knowledge & enthusiasm and industry leaders with experience & ambition can achieve incredible results when working together and learning from each other.

HOW?

Selected companies post important challenges with technological and managerial implications for their businesses. We connect them with matching ETH students who solve these challenges in innovative and creative ways and develop aspirational business cases. Over the course of 4 – 6 months students receive:

  • entrepreneurship and leadership courses from ETH faculty
  • coaching and mentoring from serial entrepreneurs and ETH fellows

Team 1

Mateja Kramar

                Head of Project & Mentor & Coach                    

Mateja is a serial entrepreneur, a business developer and a mentor and a coach for startups and entrepreneurs. She is passionate about helping innovative solutions and breakout ideas to be implemented and monetized. Mateja is an expert in helping individuals and companies thrive by bringing their intention to action.

Team 2

Dr. Jana Thiel

Academic Advisor & Project Mentor

Jana comes with over a decade of experience in coaching students and technology entrepreneurs across Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, and the UK. As an educator and researcher, Jana specializes in technology and breakout ventures. She is passionate about helping fledgling entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into aspirational business cases.

Team 3

Prof. Dr. Bart Clarysse

Academic Advisor & Academic Head of Project

Bart Clarysse holds the Chair of Entrepreneurship at ETH Zurich. He has over 50 publications in the field of high tech start-ups and managing growth of these companies and has been an executive teacher for several multinationals such as KLM, Belgacom, Recticel, USG People, Johnson&Johnson in corporate venturing and innovative turnaround strategies.
